This is a very simple exercise that’s always within reach. Just set the timer, rest your hands in your lap, and focus on any sensations in your palms, fingers, knuckles, or nails. For example, you might notice warmth, or coolness, or itching. Your eyes can be open or closed. What do you notice right now?
