
Savouring pleasant moments
Practice intentionally noticing pleasant moments - like a conversation with a friend, a smile from a stranger, or listening to your favorite song. When you notice the pleasant moment, smile and allow yourself to fully experience the moment, enjoying it while it lasts. As the moment starts to fade, simply let it go and remain open for the next moment. What are one or two activities you could savour in the coming day?
